By accessing or using ExportReady ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Scope of Service & Pre-Check Nature

ExportReady provides automated visual and typographic inspections of packaging dielines, label mockups, and barcodes using artificial intelligence models and regulatory rule heuristics. Findings, scores, and fix lists are intended exclusively as engineering benchmarks and prepress advisory checks.

You explicitly acknowledge that ExportReady outputs do not guarantee customs clearance, import admission, or exemption from regulatory seizure, recall, or monetary fines in any jurisdiction.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying all artwork proofs with licensed local regulatory counsel before commercial print runs.
• Ensuring they possess the copyright, trademark rights, or explicit license to submit artwork files.
• Maintaining the accuracy of chemical formulations, ingredient lists, and nutritional values.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to any artwork files, dielines, logos, and graphics uploaded to the Platform. ExportReady does not claim ownership of user-submitted materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExportReady and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including customs delays, product seizures, redesign expenses, or lost profits.
