1. Overview

ExportReady ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting proprietary packaging artwork, brand trademarks, and formulation data submitted to our compliance analysis engine.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Credentials: Full name, company name, email address, and authentication tokens.
• Packaging Artwork Files: Images (PNG, JPEG, WebP) and vector dielines (SVG) uploaded for regulatory audit.
• Compliance Metadata: Target export regions, selected consumer sectors, and generated audit report outputs.

3. How Artwork Files Are Handled

Uploaded artwork files are processed strictly for the purpose of executing the requested compliance inspection. Artwork content is processed through Google Generative AI vision inference endpoints with strict zero-data-retention prompts where applicable. We do not use your confidential artwork to train public commercial AI models.

4. Storage & Security

Artwork assets for authenticated users are stored securely in encrypted Supabase cloud storage buckets protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Only your authenticated account can access, view, or delete your audit reports.

5. User Data Deletion Rights

You may permanently delete any analysis report and associated artwork files directly from your Dashboard at any time. When deleted, artwork assets and database check records are permanently purged from our active storage.
